We provide solutions to the judicial system in Turkey by identifying its problems via carrying out root cause analysis on many issues since the first day of our Association, hence we make major contributions to our legal system.
As a matter of fact, the Judicial Reform Strategy 2019 Document announced by the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on May 30, 2019, which includes the most important issues of our country in the field of law and justice, is among the main topics that Better Judiciary Association works on.
Within this vision, we published “Comments and Suggestions on the Judicial Reform Strategy 2019 Document” , as the product of a three-months’hard work, on the occasion of the opening of the new Judicial Year.
As stated in the 2019 Document; judicial reform is a vital need for justice and effective judiciary. As Better Justice Association, correct identification of this need and providing the right solutions is our main duty and responsibility.
